Best Deals for Apartments, Villas and Plots at FAIRPRO 2023

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), is the apex body of private real estate developers in India with a vision of transforming the landscape of the Indian real estate industry. CREDAI Coimbatore is conducting ‘FAIRPRO 2023’ on the 11th, 12th and 13th of August 2023 at Codissia trade centre.
Addressing the media about the event, Mr. Gugan Ilango, President of CREDAI Coimbatore said that one of the highlights of the event is that CREDAI’s FAIRPRO Offer (FPO). As part of the offer CREDAI is bringing together top developers to offer the best deals on their properties. 
Adding further on the topic, Mr.Mohammed Shafi, Convenor FAIRPRO 2023 stated that the offers are exclusively for the three days during which the event takes place. He mentioned that due to the upbeat trends in the market and the support from banks, the focus of the event will be to pass on the maximum benefits to the customer. 
He said that those booking at FAIRPRO 2023 will find the best price for purchasing their dream property- whether it is apartments, villas or plots. The organizers are expecting 10,000 visitors to the 13th edition of FAIRPRO. 
He further added that there is also a “Refer a Friend” program waiting for visitors to the fair.  As part of the offer, there are rewards on offer for referring friends to FAIRPRO. A cash reward of Rs.25, 000/- awaits every successful referral, converted during the three days. The “Refer a Friend” program is digitally tracked through specially generated QR Codes on WhatsApp AI bots, to ensure a transparent process.
Mr.K.Inbarasu, Regional Manager, State Bank of India (SBI) gave an overview of the CREDAI FAIRPRO 2023, SBI deals. He added that customers will get good value for money, if they buy property at the event. 
A total of 25 developers are participating in the event. A total of 75 projects will be displayed during the event. Visitors will be able to get details about 75 projects under a single roof. The event is scheduled to be inaugurated by S.Muthusamy Avl, Hon’ble Minister of Housing and Urban Development on 11th August 2023. 
Mr. D.Abhishek, Vice President, CREDAI and Mr.S.R.Arvind Kumar, Secretary, CREDAI, were also present on the occasion.
