Regional level Youth Astronomy & Space Science Congress held

The Tamilnadu Astronomy and Science Society (TASS) arranged a Regional Level Youth Astronomy & Space Science Congress (YASSC 2025).
The event was co-organised by the Departments of Mathematics and Physics of Vellalar College for Women, Thindal, Erode and many institutions. It aims to foster interest in astronomy and space science among the youth. Dr. R. Parvathi, Principal i/c, welcomed. C. Jayakumar, President and S.D. Chandrasekar, Secretary Vellalar Educational Trust offered felicitation. VCW Astro Club was inaugurated through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Vellalar College for Women and TASS.
