Revenue Village Assistants stage demo at Erode

On behalf of the Tamil Nadu Revenue Department Village Assistants Association, a demonstration was held at the Erode Collector's Office premises yesterday. 
Demonstration was held to condemn the forcing of village assistants to do night watch work, record keeping work etc. in tahsildar offices and threatening disciplinary action against those who do not come to the 
work. State President Rajasekar led the demonstration. District President Gurunathan, District Secretary Paramasivam Government Employees Union District Secretary Vengidu and many were present.
