ROTA-LIN launched to help juvenile diabetes patients

The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Galaxy, in meaningful collaboration with the Rotaract Club of TNAU, proudly launched ROTA-LIN — an initiative dedicated to supporting children diagnosed with juvenile (Type 1) diabetes by donating essential insulin needles.
This life impacting project was made possible with the invaluable support of Dr. Rtn. Krishnan Swaminathan and the team at Madhuram Diabetes & Thyroid Centre, Kalapatti, who graciously hosted us on July 26, 2025. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Rtn. Krishnan  Swaminathan for standing with us in this mission to make healthcare accessible for underprivileged 
children.
Juvenile diabetes is a silent but severe crisis. For children affected by it, daily insulin injections are not a choice but a necessity to stay alive. Without consistent access to insulin and proper care, these kids face the threat of serious complications.
Understanding this urgency, ROTA-LIN began its journey by sponsoring insulin needles for two children for an entire month. It may seem like a small beginning, but to those children and their families, it was a lifeline. And for us, it was a powerful reminder of how a simple act can bring real change.
