Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Gaalaxy felicitates government school teachers

The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Gaalaxy honoured 55 government school teachers at ‘AASAN – Honouring the Guiding Lights,’ a special award ceremony recognizing their dedication and contributions to education. The event, held at VLB Janakiammal College of Arts & Science, was part of RSAMDIO's 'Gurukkul' Initiative, which celebrates teachers across South Asia.
The ceremony acknowledged the vital role of educators in shaping the future, with teachers receiving citations for their service. The event was made possible with the support of VLB Janakiammal College of Arts & Science, ICP Professional Academy, and Thunder Sports.
Distinguished guests graced the occasion, including Special Invitee Dr. Satheeshkumar Bangarusamy, Principal of VLB Janakiammal College of Arts & Science; Rtn. Palaniappan, President of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Gaalaxy; and Rtn. PHF Hendry Amalraj, District Chairman of Interact Clubs Zone I & Zone II. Guest of Honor Dr. K Kumaraswamy and Chief Guest Rtn. MD Fredricks John delivered speeches emphasizing the transformative power of education and mentorship.
