Rotary Club's Carnatic Awards given to outstanding achievers

Rotary Club of Chennai Carnatic, in its 9th year of operations announced its annual Carnatic Awards of Excellence 2021-22 recently at Hyatt Regency, Anna Salai.
Carnatic Awards was instituted to felicitate and honour achievers from different walks of life.
The awardees were the following:  Mr Dawn William - General Manager - Blue Cross in the category of Excellence in Animal Welfare.  Mr Joseph Sekar - Birdman - In the category of excellence in Bird welfare.

Mr Manjit Singh Nayar - Vice Chancellor Guru Nanak college - in the category of excellence in education.  Ms Rafiya - in the field of excellence to Humanity in treating mentally ill children and adults.  Mr Suresh - For his focus to contribute to the environment - in the field of excellence in giving back to society. Ms Syamala Devi - in the field of excellence in women welfare and child welfare. Ms O V Usha for excellence in Health care for assisting more than 1000 deliveries where both mother and child and hale and healthy.
