Rs 15 lakh Scholarship distributed to Students at EASC

Orientation programme for the first year students of Erode Arts and Science College (EASC) was inaugurated by college correspondent KK Balusamy recently.

On the occasion, he distributed Rs 15-lakh scholarship to students.  The three day function was presided over by  V. Rajamanickam, Chairman of The Mudaliar Educational Trust. College Director; Dr. R. Venkatachalam  welcomed. E. Thirumakan Eevera, MLA, Erode East, attended as a special guest. 

On the second day,  Dr. Parveen Sultana, prof of Justice Par Ahmed Syed Women's College, Chennai, was the special guest. On the third day,  Karthikeya Shivsenapati Managing Trustee, Senadhipati Kangeyam Veterinary Research Center participated as special guest and spoke on “Education in Transition.”

 The Treasurer of The Mudaliar Foundation, A. Vijayakumar, Joint Secretary, Arunkumar Balusamy, and Vice Presidents Karunagaran and PP Manickam, College Principal Dr Sankarasubramanian, Elamparithy, HoD ead of Department of Commerce spoke.
