Rs 3.99 Cr Scholarship given to Students at KEC

Academic excellence award function of the Kongu Vellalar Institute of Technology Trust (KVITT) was held at the Kongu Engineering College (KEC) on Wednesday..

The KVITT established seven educational institutions such as Kongu Polytechnic College, Kongu Engineering College, Kongu Arts & Science College, Kongu Private Industrial Training Institute, Kongu National Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Kongu School of Architecture and Kongu Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College and Hospital. In the academic excellence award function, cash awards were distributed to the students who excelled in their studies.

 The top 5% scorers in every year of all the institutions were given the cash awards worth of Rs 3.99 crores. Dr.M.Ravi, Former  DGP was the chief guest for the function. He distributed the awards to the deserved students. During this function, KVITT president VK Muthusamy, secretary P.C.Palanisamy, treasurer E.R.Kaarthikeyan, Correspondents of all the institutions, Patron members of KVITT, Principals of all the institutions, faculty and staff members of all the institutions were present.
