Sacrifice Friends Club honours police officials, doctors and NCC unit for exemplary service

The Sacrifice Friends Club recently celebrated its 24th anniversary by honouring outstanding individuals and organisations for their exemplary service to the nation. 
The event, held at Balan Nagar, Masakalipalayam Road in Peelamedu, Coimbatore, recognised the contributions of police officials, doctors, educationists, and the best NCC and NSS units. Additionally, welfare measures were distributed to physically challenged individuals, and educational assistance was provided to underprivileged children.
PN Lakshmanan, Founder and President of the Sacrifice Friends Club, welcomed the gathering. V. Balakrishnan, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City, was awarded the "Pole Star of Tamil Nadu Police" in recognition of his exceptional service. 
In his address, Balakrishnan highlighted the crucial role of parents in nurturing their children with love and care, stressing that well-raised children become valuable assets to society and future achievers who contribute positively to the nation's growth.
The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including V Rathinasabapathy, Retired Superintendent of Police; R Vellingiri, Retired Deputy Superintendent of Police (CBI); Dr. Sukumar, Retired Director of Medical Services; and prominent educators from local institutions. 
The celebration underscored the importance of community service and the collective effort to build a stronger India.
