SaveethaTransdisciplinary Annual Research Summit - Star Summit 2023

The 10th Saveetha Transdisciplinary Annual Research Summit - Star Summit 2023 was held at Saveetha Dental College, attracting researchers and scholars from various fields. 
 

The event featured several distinguished guests, including Dr. Subarna Roy, Director-ICMR, National University of Traditional Medicine, Dr. Prejith Nambiar, Dr. Sudha Seshayyan, Dr. Rajiv Kumar Chugh, Dr. RamachandraGudde, and Dr. MeenaKumari. 
Over 3217 research posters were presented by undergraduate and postgraduate students, representing over 600 participants. 
 

The evaluation process was rigorous, with 300+ invited judges and over 1000 peer judges participating. Each session recognized outstanding work with three awards, and an overall Best Poster award was chosen.
Saveetha Dental College set a world  record for "World's First Dental Institution to showcase Maximum Innovative Scientific Presentations in a Single Event," which further added to the symposium's significance. 
The event concluded with the distribution of awards to recipients of the best poster awards, presented by Dr. G.S.K Velu, Chairman & Managing  Director at Trivitron Group of Companies, Chairman of Neuberg Diagnostics, Chairman of FICCI Tamil Nadu State Council, Honorary Consulate of Estonia, Dr. Sanjay Malaya, Dr. K. SadhamHussain, Chief Editor of the American Book of World Records. 
Overall, the 10th Saveetha Transdisciplinary Annual Research Summit 
- Star Summit 2023 was a highly successful event, fostering research collaboration and 
recognizing exceptional scientific contributions in dentistry.
