Seminar on Leadership and Management organised by Kathir College

Kathir College of Arts and Science hosted a seminar on "Leadership and Management Skills" on March 18, organised by the Department of Business Administration with Computer Applications (BBA CA). The event aimed to enhance students' leadership and managerial abilities, essential for their careers in business and management.
Anavarathamani P, a renowned corporate trainer from Coimbatore, was the Chief Guest. He delivered an insightful session on key aspects of leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and effective management. His expertise and real-world corporate experiences provided students with a deeper understanding of essential professional skills.
The seminar was attended by ES Kathir, Founder & Chairman of Kathir Institutions, and Tmt Lavanya Kathir, Secretary, who extended their best wishes to the participants. Principal Dr. R Karpagam emphasised the importance of leadership skills in today’s competitive business world. Dr. P Saravanan, Head of the BBA(CA) Department, played a key role in organizing the event. 
Students actively participated in discussions, case studies, and role-play exercises, making the session highly interactive. The seminar encouraged them to develop essential leadership traits and practical management 
skills.
