SKP institutions observed ‘World Physics Day’

SKP educational institutions observed the ‘World Physics Day’ at its college premises in the district.
The event was presided over by the institution’s chairman K Karunanidhi. Joint secretary KV Arangasamy, and CEO R Sakthikrishnan attended the event. Principal Baskaran delivered the welcome address.
Vinod, assistant professor at Tamil Nadu open university, and Bhanupriya Ravichandran, research programme officer at Shrimathi Devkunvar Nanalal Bhatt Vaishnav College For Women attended the event as chief guests.

Addressing the gathering, Vinod explained about the role and importance of quantum physics in high-quality research in engineering, and pointed out the importance of fundamental physics.
Bhanupriya spoke converting current scientific knowledge into solutions.
PRO Syed Zahiruddin, head of the department of Science and humanities S Dhanasekaran, professor of physics department Pincy Susan Jacob, coordinator T Saranya and others attended the event.
