South Zone Wheelchair Basketball Championship Ignites Coimbatore

In a spectacular display of skill, grit, and unwavering sportsmanship, the Nehru Semi Indoor Basketball Stadium came alive on August 24.
It was hosted by the Bharath Sports Trust in association with the Wheelchair Basketball Federation of India (WBFI) and the Tamil Nadu Wheelchair Basketball Association (TNWBA).
Mr. Sundarraj, Managing Trustee of Bharath Sports Trust and Mr. Somasundara Moorthy, an Advocate, and trustee of Bharath Sports Trust graced the event. Men's Division:
The victorious men's and women's teams have secured their qualification for the prestigious National Tournament, to be held at the Centre for Disability Sports, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, from September 1-10, 2025, organized by the WBFI.
The event was honoured by the presence of esteemed chief guests, Mr. Sundarraj, Managing Trustee, Bharath Sports Trust, who awarded the winners.
