SRMIST Holds 20th Convocation Ceremony at Kattankulathur

The 20th (Special) Convocation of SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) was held yesterday in Kattankulathur, where a total of 10,848 students from various disciplines received their degrees. 
The graduates, who completed Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and PhD programs across fields such as Science and Humanities, Medicine and Health Sciences, Management, Law, and Agricultural Sciences, were honored in a grand ceremony.
The Chief Guest, Prof. Mahesh Chandra Misra, Former Director of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, delivered an inspiring address, urging the graduates to remain adaptable and embrace continuous learning—learning, unlearning, and relearning—as they navigate their future careers. He also encouraged them to lead healthy and positive lives, stressing the importance of personal well-being. 
The ceremony was presided over by Dr. T. R. Paarivendhar, Founder Chancellor of SRMIST, with Dr. P. Sathyanarayanan, Pro Chancellor (Academics), also in attendance. 
The Vice Chancellor Prof. C. Muthamizhchelvan, presented the Annual Report, highlighting the institution’s achievements and future goals.
The event was attended by faculty members, staff, students, and their families, marking a milestone in the academic journey of SRMIST.
