Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and the DMK chief MK Stalin has scheduled a virtual meeting with leaders of various political parties on April 3 to unite them to defeat the BJP in the upcoming parliamentary election in 2024.
Stalin has been taking several steps to unite political parties across the country against the BJP.
On February 22, 2022, Stalin invited leaders of 38 political parties including Congress and his alliance parties to join the All India social justice federation.
Many appreciated the efforts taken by Stalin and extended their support. Similarly on February 27, Stalin released the first part of his autobiography ‘Ungalil Oruvan’ at Nandambakkam commercial complex in the city. All political parties other than the BJP attended the function.
National leaders including Mallikarjun Kharge, Farooq Abdullah, Tejasvi Yadav and Akilesh Yadav attended the birthday event of Stalin that took place on March 1. In the event, Stalin invited all the leaders of political parties to work together.

He has been putting forward the importance of social justice on all the stages. He has scheduled a meeting with the leaders of all the opposition parties on April 3 and invited the leaders. He is likely to discuss the importance of social justice. While Stalin is likely to chair the meeting from Chennai, leaders of 18 national parties including CPI(M) leader Sitharam Yechuri, CPI leader D Raja, Samajwadi leader Akilesh Yadav,
RJD leader Tejasvi Yadav, Telangana chief minister Chandrasekar Rao and former chief minister of Kashmir Farooq Abdullah would participate from their respective places.
Stalin has invited Congress leaders, Andhra Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy and Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik to participate in the meeting. Their representatives would also participate in the event. Various political leaders from Tamil Nadu would also participate in the meeting.
