Students of Alan Thilak Karate school won medals in national-level competition

Students of Alan Thilak Karate school won a gold and two bronze medals in the ‘All India Karate Championship – 2023’ that was organized by Karate association of India at Talkatora stadium in New Delhi from May 31 to June 2. S Jai Akashs won a gold medal in 13 years Kumite under 40 kilograms category, KS Vaishnav and KR Sree Varna won bronze medals in 14-15 years Kumite under 63 kilograms category and 12 years Kumite under 40 kilograms category respectively. As many as 13 students from the school participated in the competition under the guidance of coaches N Ranjith Kumar, S Manikandan, A Kavinraj and SB Vishrahav.  National coach Sensei V Sinod, chief coach Sensei P Bala Subramaniam, director Sensei S Paul Vickraman and secretary of CKA Sensei Balasubramani appreciated the winners.
