Asian Textile Conference (ATEXCON), the most awaited annual mega event of Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI), is back with its 11th edition scheduled on August 31to Sept 1 in Coimbatore, said CITI chairman T Rajkumar.
The Theme of 11th ATEXCON is “2025 & Beyond Asia’s Global Hub for Textile Manufacturing & Consumers”. Over 400 delegates from global textile & apparel value chain are expected to participate in the 11th ATEXCON.
ATEXCON brings together the leading players of Asian textile industry, global input suppliers and service providers to deliberate on key areas of business, including regional as well as global issues concerning this sector.
The upcoming 11th ATEXCON in Coimbatore provides the conducive forum for policy makers and the industry to collaborate and find the way forward to usher the Asian textile industry to a sustainable future through 2025 and beyond.
Union Minister of Textiles, Commerce and Industry and Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Piyush Goyal will inaugurate and address the industry captains at the 11th ATEXCON as the Chief Guest, he added.
S Muthusamy, Minister for Housing and Urban Development and Prohibition and Excise, R Gandhi, Minister for Handlooms and Textiles, and R Sakkarapani, Minister for Food and Civil Supplies, Government of Tamil Nadu will be the Guest of Honor, said
