The Vellore District Collector B. Kumaravel Pandian inaugurated the electronic screen set up in the Collectorate office premises to create awareness to avoid the use of plastic and reuse the ‘Yellow cotton bag” and created awareness by distributing the bags to the public. District Revenue Officer Dr. Malathi, District Environment Engineer Ravichandran, Assistant Engineers Sushmita, Soundarya and many others were present on the occasion.
