Tiruppur Collector inspects crop survey work of agri students

Tiruppur District Collector Mr. Tha. Kristaraj inspected the crop survey work in agriculture land through crop survey App by TNAU students at Thangutipalayam Village in Pongalur Panchayat Union, Tiruppur District on Friday.
On behalf of the Department of Agriculture, the students of TNAU and all the officers related to the Department are registering on the website from 09.11.2024 through the Digital Crop Survey application. 674 students in the district will involve in the digital crop survey in all villages and sub-divisions. 
The students were divided into different groups. 50 students involved in the work in S. Kathanganni village, Oothukuli Taluk. Joint Director (Agriculture) (P) Mrs. Krishnaveni, Assistant Collector (Agriculture) Mrs. Sheela Bhusalakshmi, Assistant Director of Horticulture Mrs. Charmila, Assistant Director of Agriculture Mr. Pommuraj, District Agriculture and Horticulture Department officers were present.
