Tiruppur collector offers certificates to students who passed the DAESI course

Tiruppur Collector T Christuraj awarded certificates to 34 students who completed the Diploma in Agricultural Extension Services for Input Dealers (DAESI) course at the collector's office on July 12.

Speaking at the event, the district collector said, "Input dealers play a crucial role in providing inputs and credit to farmers. However, the majority of dealers lacked the proper education. Since 2003, the government has been offering this popular course to educate those working as input dealers."

The district collector awarded the degree certificates to the 34 dealers who completed the DAESI course. Associate Director of Agriculture Krishnaveni, Assistant Collector of Agriculture Siphila Pooja Lakshmi, Coordinator of the Indian Agricultural Research Corporation Saravanan, and other government officials were also present at the event.
