Tirupur Corporation launched integrated command and control centre under Sirmiku Nagar Scheme
Tirupur Corporation Commissioner Mr Pawankumar G. Kriyappanavar, held a consultation meeting on 21st March at the Corporation Head Office with various government officials to discuss works to be undertaken by the Centre.
The meeting was focussed on the integrated command and control centre that has been set up under the Sirmiku Nagar Scheme in the Tirupur Corporation Central Office Complex. The centre has been established to cater to the various demands of civilians under the "Oru Kural Puratchi" scheme. People can contact the centre through 155304, and timely action will be taken on their demands.
Information and technology
The centre is equipped with information and technology facilities, which allow for the monitoring of various areas of the corporation using surveillance cameras. Additionally, sanitation work and GPS functions of vehicles are being monitored through this tool. The centre is also studying various tasks, including attendance registers, fuel usage, and other related tasks.
It has integrated essential government departments such as the Police, Transport Department, Integrated Child Development Scheme, Electricity Board, and Fire Department, among others, to ensure the needs, safety, and health of the public are met. The centre is expected to take swift action in addressing the concerns of the people and promote transparency in government work.
