TN Chief Secretary reviews the condition of PHC in Nilgiris

Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary Shivdas Meena conducted a thorough inspection of the Government Urban Primary Health Centre located in Udhagai Municipality, Nilgiris, on Friday. 
During this inspection, he meticulously reviewed various sections of the health centre, including the infectious disease section, pregnancy room, outpatient section, and patient registers. 
He also assessed the availability of medicine stock and inquired with the doctors about the implementation of government schemes such as 'Makalai Thedi Maruthuvam' aimed at assisting patients.
In a gesture of support, the Chief Secretary provided a nutritious box worth Rs 2000 to a pregnant woman during the visit. 
The presence of key officials, including Nilgiris Collector M Aruna, Additional Collector Koushik, District Revenue Officer Keerthi Priyadarshini, and Udhagai Municipality Commissioner Egaraj were present during the review.
