TN Governor runs parallel admn: CPI

TN Governor RN Ravi is running a parallel administration in the state, charged CPI state secretary R Mutharasan. 

Talking to newsmen at the party office on Wednesday he said that his action of returning the state government's proposal to appoint former DGP Sylendrababu would affect the youths in getting jobs through TNPSC. He said that the AIADMK held a conference at Madurai without inviting its allies. BJP president Annamalai also didn't invite AIADMK functionaries for his padayathra. So, there is no co ordination in their alliance. But DMK front is intact. So it would capture all 40 seats in the LS poll, he added.
