TNAU holds training programme on quality Assurance in Agricultural Education

 A training programme on ‘Quality Assurance in Agricultural Education and Research’ was organised by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the Directorate of Planning and Monitoring, from Feb 26 to 28 at TNAU premises for the University teaching faculty from different centres of TNAU.
In the Inaugural address Dr. R. Thamizh Vendan, Registrar, TNAU emphasised the vital role of skilled professionals in agricultural education and research, who can contribute effectively for the betterment of the institution.
Dr. P. Jeyakumar, Director, Planning & Monitoring,  Dr. S. Senthil Vinayagam, CEO, a - IDEA and Head, ESM Division, NAARM, Hyderabad, Dr. V. Gomathi, Professor and Head, Centre for Agricultural Nanotechnology, TNAU, Dr. S. Mohankumar, Project Director, Centre of Excellence in Biotechnology, TNAU spoke on the topic. 
Felicitation was given by Dr. P. Jeyakumar, Director, Planning and Monitoring, and Dr.V.Balasubramani, Controller of Examinations, TNAU, Dr. M.R. Srinivasan, Professor (Agrl. Entomology) and Dr.T.Samsai, Professor (ARM). 
Tmt. R.Sasikala, Assistant Professor (Journalism) welcomed the gathering and Dr.K.Ganesan, Associate Professor (Agrl. Entomology) delivered vote of Thanks.
