TNROA seeks higher pay

TN Revenue Officials Association (TNROA) appealed to the government to grant higher pay for revenue staff on par with the heavy workload in the department.
The Union, at its diamond jubilee district level conference held at Erode, also demanded restoration of old pension scheme, cancellation of new pension scheme, creation of new posts according to population growth, filling up of all posts, and amendment in service rules regarding senior and junior revenue inspectors in the department.
