Toastmasters conduct training session for SIMATs students

SIMATS School of Engineering held its first Toastmasters Open House.
Toastmasters are an organisation that promotes communication and leadership development. Mr. Mohanakrishnan G, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), and his fellow Toastmasters facilitated this Open House.

SIMATS School of Engineering designed this self-paced, hands-on, step-by-step programme to give participants the skills and confidence they need to express themselves effectively in any situation. SIMATS, in addition to providing technical educational aids, through such initiatives assists students who want to improve their public speaking skills and feel more confident when speaking in an organisational or professional setting, according to a communication from the institution.
