The Tamil Nadu government has accomplished a great deal, as evidenced by the signing of more than 100 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with top corporations on the opening day of the World Investors Conference andachieving on the first day its initial goal of attracting Rs 5.5 lakh croreinvestment.
Investments of Rs2.42 lakh crore rupees were attracted in the World Investors’ Conference held in 2015. Then the conference held in 2019 attracted investments of Rs3.43 lakh crore rupees. It has attracted investments of Rs 5.5 lakh crore on the first day of the investor conference held yesterday. Today, the closing day, this amount will increase even more.

None can deny that Tamil Nadu is progressing in industrial development despite the crises like high expenditure due to natural calamities and inadequate funddisbursal by the Union Government. It is very important that thousands of people are getting employment through it.
Chennai, Coimbatore, and Hosur are the main cities where companies will set up shop in Tamil Nadu.
