TVK celebrates actor Vijay's 50th birthday with social initiatives at Salem

The celebration of actor Vijay's 50th birthday in Yercaud Union was marked by a series of social initiatives, reflecting the Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam's commitment to community service.

Vijay fans and party volunteers planted 50 herb saplings on the banks of Yercaud's ornamental lake and set up safety nets for them. They also served lunch to the elderly and school children at Yercaud Anbu Home.

 Also, waste bins were placed for public use in Yercaud Ondikadai, bus stand, Gandhi Park and boathouse area. Following that, they provided 1 month's worth of groceries to 50 needy families in Yercaud hill village.

The event aimed to make an impress and help local residents by rendering services that improve the lives of and promoting sustainable civic practices. The program was organized under the leadership of the party's Union President Praveen Jose by party union secretary Jayaraman, Amul, Gokul and party volunteers.
