VIT Bhopal’s annual cultural and technical extravaganza, AdVITya 2025, concluded on February 22, leaving a lasting impact on students and attendees. The three-day event featured 131 competitions, including technical, cultural, and creative showcases, attracting over 20,000 students from across Madhya
Pradesh.
The festival was inaugurated by Arjuna Awardee and para-judo athlete Kapil Parmar, with dignitaries including Kadambari S Viswanathan, Assistant Vice President, VIT, and Ramani Balasundaram, Trustee, VIT Bhopal, gracing the event.
VIT Chancellor Dr. G Viswanathan and Vice President Shankar Viswanathan extended their wishes to the students.
The festival’s highlights included a thrilling bike stunt show, the Raghu Dixit concert, and the Rang-e-Raas Dance Night, which brought together traditional and modern dance forms.
The MP Gaurav Awards celebrated distinguished individuals, including Padma Shri awardees Bhuri Bai (Bhil artist), Durga Bai Vyam (Gond artist), Bhagwati Lal Rajpurohit (literature), and Satyendra Singh Lohia (sports).
The festival concluded with electrifying performances by DJ Lehar and Bollywood singer Sunidhi Chauhan, who captivated the audience with hit songs like "Sheila Ki Jawani" and "Dhoom Machale."
With meticulous planning by Dr. Yogesh Shukla (Convener), Dr. Pushpdant Jain, and Dr. Saurav Prasad (Co-conveners), AdVITya 2025 was a massive success. As the university looks ahead, AdVITya 2026 promises even greater excitement and innovation.
