VOC Port wins in basketball tourney

V.O.C Port won the All India Major Ports Basketball Tournament. In the final day of the Tournament, Paradip beat Visakhapatnam (54-36). In the 2nd match, the host VOC Port beat Chennai Port  (40 -20). The chief guest of the function, Shri. T.K. Ramachandran, IAS, Chairman, distributed the medals and trophies to the winners VOC Port, runners Paradip Port, and Chennai Port for securing third place. Shri R.Simpson, the former coach of VOC Port and Shri K. Sivaguru, former player of VOC Port were also honoured by the Chairman for their commendable service to the Port's Basketball Team over the years
