What is the Election Commission's response to Rahul's questions?

What is the Election Commission's response to Rahul's questions?

Lok Sabha Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi has held a rally in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to condemn alleged vote rigging.
In this situation, the Election Commission has sent a letter to Rahul Gandhi, asking him to provide a signed declaration and affidavit with the names of the voters concerned under Rule 20(3)(iii) of the Electoral Registration Rules, 1960, in order to initiate the necessary investigation.
In response to this, Rahul Gandhi said, ``I have taken an oath in Parliament. But the Election Commission says that an oath should be taken regarding vote rigging.``  After the Congress party alleged vote rigging, the Election Commission websites of some states were blocked and the Election Commission should allow complete access to the electronic voter list across the country. It should also provide video recordings. Only if we get the details of the electronic voter list, we can prove that the Prime Minister of this country came to power by rigging votes,`` he argued.
Rahul Gandhi has also asked 5 questions to the Election Commission on his X website. They are: 1. Why the EC is hiding electronic voter list?
2. Why are you destroying CCTV footage and video recordings within 45 days of the election?
3. Why are there fake votes and changes in the voter list? 4. Why are you threatening opposition leaders? 5. Has the Chief Election Commissioner become an agent of the BJP? Tell us clearly.
Although the Election Commission has denied Rahul Gandhi's allegations, this issue has become a serious issue among the people of the country. No one can take allegations that undermine the people's trust in the Election Commission lightly.
Therefore, whether there has been any fraud in this matter or not? The truth should be clearly revealed. Rahul Gandhi said that only if he gives the information he asks for can he fully prove the fraud.
The Election Commission should give him that information and get full evidence from him. Otherwise, the Election Commission which has the voter list  can investigate and find out the truth and take further action. Will the Election Commission take this forward?
Will Rahul Gandhi sign the affidavit? Or not? It is not an issue. Because this is a national issue that is being discussed across the country. If we blame each other, there will be no solution.
The Election Commission is the root of democracy. That is what people think. It has been proven with evidence that there is a dirty stain on it. What is the Election Commission of India going to do to remove it?
Let's wait and see!
