Will Gun Culture end in USA?

A youth who trespassed into a Primary School in Uvalde city in Texas state shot and killed 21 persons in the School including 19 children and 2 Teachers. This is a heinous act perpetrated in the absence of Humanism.
Although America could boast of being a developed nation in technology these kinds of atrocities continue to happen. 

When will America put an end to  shoot outs in Malls, Worship places and Schools by assailants?What action will the President Joe Biden take to uproot this barbarism?Joe Biden has said that a time has come to do something against Gun Culture.

 There is no need to wait for an occasion as the power is in his hands. It is not only essential but urgent to put a full stop to the insecurity of those going out and to Schools by imposing necessary controls. Not only in America but all over the world  Gun Culture must end.
