Women Entrepreneur Seminar held at SSE

SIMATS School of Engineering organized a one-day Seminaron " Women Entrepreneur: Societal Issues, Challenges and Success Rate," in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Cell of SIMATS. Addressing the students, Mrs. S. Manimekalai, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Maduranthagam Sub Division, Chengalpattu District briefed on difficulties of women such as social expectations, being seen and heard, and achieving a positive work-life balance.The resource person also motivated in gainingsuccess rate as a women entrepreneur with challenges and societal issues through various real time incidents. 

The faculty and students of SIMATS School of Engineering thanked Dr. N.M. Veeraiyan, the honorable Chancellor of SIMATS and Dr. Ramya Deepak, respected Director of SSE for their initiatives towards women empowerment and upliftment.
