World Entrepreneurs Day Celebration observed at SIMATS

The Institute Innovation Cell (IIC) of SIMATS School of Engineering and Saveetha Trans-disciplinary Entrepreneurship Upliftment Park (STEP-UP) celebrated World Entrepreneurs Day with a variety of events on campus to salute and recognize the entrepreneurial spirit.

Seminars with eminent speakers such as Dr. Bala Yeshwanth Ram Vummidi, Scientist and Founder Inger Therapeutics Private Limited, India, and Dr. S. Jayakumar, IITDM were organised to enrich the students with perspectives on entrepreneurship. Essay Writing, Poster Making, and Product Idea Presentations on entrepreneurial themes was held.

SIMATS’ Young Entrepreneurs and Startup Companies of STEP-UP showcased their products through stalls among a few self-help groups promoting their products. Certificates were given to every best presenters of the events and stalls as well.
