Youth Development Programme at SSE

SIMATS School of Engineering (SSE) organized a youth development programme to encourage and facilitate the growth of "functionally valued" behaviours, resulting in the thriving and well-being of SSE engineering graduates throughout adolescence.Mr. Leo Akash Raj, Senior Consultant at Bhumi Clubs NGO, provided information on functionally valued behaviours such as competence, character, connection, confidence, and caring, which improve the ability of young people to form support networks in order to fully participate in community life and effect positive social change.
 

Dr. N.M. Veeraiyan, Founder and Chancellor of Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), and Dr. Ramya Deepak, Director of SSE, continuously support and encourage such development programs involving youth which are more effective.
