Preetha Priyadarsini Naidu and Caroline Rajan named convenor and co convenor of CII IWN Coimbatore

CII Indian Women Network Coimbatore Zone announced its new office bearers for 2026–27 at its Annual Day held on March 19.
Preetha S Priyadarsini Naidu, Founder and Managing Director of Richmond Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd., has been appointed as the Convenor. She previously served as Co-Convenor for 2025–26.
An entrepreneur since 2004, Preetha has built Richmond into a diversified enterprise and a trusted partner for global corporations.
She is also actively involved in educational initiatives, facilitating higher education opportunities for students and conducting career guidance programmes, particularly for rural youth.
Caroline Rajan, Director of Ortho One Orthopaedic Speciality Centre, has been appointed as the Co-Convenor.
She brings over two decades of experience across healthcare, information technology, aviation and community initiatives.
She currently serves as Enablement and Adoption Lead at Blue Yonder and is also an Executive Committee Member of CII Young Indians. Her previous roles include positions at Novartis India and Jet Airways.
The appointments were announced as part of the organisation’s efforts to strengthen leadership and expand its initiatives in the region.
