Energy Resources and Law Minister C. T. R. Nirmal Kumar on Saturday inspected the arrangements being made for the upcoming consecration ceremony of the Arulmigu Meenakshi-Sundareswarar Temple in Madurai.
Various preparatory and security works are under way in view of the consecration ceremony. The Minister inspected the ongoing works at the temple and held discussions with officials regarding the arrangements.
Madurai District Collector Nishant Krishna, City Police Commissioner S. Rajendiran, Sholavandan MLA M. V. Karuppaiah, Madurai South MLA M. M. Gopisan, Madurai Central MLA Mathar Badhurudheen and Corporation Deputy Commissioner Zainul Abdeen participated in the discussions.
