The School of Engineering and the Institution’s Innovation Council of Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women successfully organized the Engineers’ Day 2025 programme on Sept 15, with the theme “Deep Tech and Engineering Excellence: Driving India’s Techade.”
Dr. S. Sivakumari, Dean, School of Engineering, welcomed. Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. V. Bharathi Harishankar, Vice Chancellor of the Institute. Dr. Judith Justin, Deputy Dean (R&D) and Professor & Head of Biomedical Instrumentation Engineering, introduced the Chief Guest Dr. S. Chandrasekar, Joint Managing Director, Roots Group of Companies, Coimbatore.
