Youth Chases Cop, Demands Justice on the Road!

In a dramatic incident at Walkley Estate near Mumbai, a young man who was fined for not wearing a helmet turned the tables on traffic policemen — catching one of them violating vehicle rules and forcing him to pay a fine as well.
According to reports, the youth was stopped by two traffic policemen for riding a two-wheeler without a helmet.
After issuing him a fine, the policemen got on their own scooter and began to leave.
The youth, however, noticed that the number plate on the policemen’s scooter was unclear and the numbers had faded.
Angered, the youth shouted, “The law is the same for everyone! Justice for the public, justice for the police too!” Despite his protests, the policemen continued to ride away.
Determined, the youth chased their scooter, stopped it, and confronted them, insisting that they too should be fined for violating the rules.
A heated exchange followed, during which the youth began recording the incident on his mobile
phone.
Onlookers also captured videos of the confrontation, which quickly went viral on social
media.
The videos sparked widespread debate online, with netizens applauding the youth’s bold stand and demanding accountability from law
enforcers.
Responding to public outrage, senior police officials took note of the incident.
A Thane police officer later confirmed that the traffic policeman involved had been fined ₹2,000.
The youth was also fined for his helmet violation. “Action has been taken against both parties, and further investigation is underway based on the video evidence,” the officer
said.
