PMK president Anbumani Ramadoss on Monday released the list of candidates for 15 Assembly constituencies as part of the party’s alliance with the AIADMK for the upcoming Tamil Nadu elections.
The PMK is contesting in 18 seats in the alliance. Earlier, the party had announced candidates for three constituencies — S. Vadivel Ravanan (Kilvelur), K.N. Sekhar (Ambattur) and A. Ganesh Kumar (Gingee).
In the latest list, Thilagabama has been fielded from Perambur, Soumya Anbumani from Dharmapuri, Tamilarasi from Virudhachalam and Karthika from Salem West.
Other candidates include Padi V. Selvam (Pennagaram), Baskaran (Polur), Balu (Tiruporur), Vaithi (Jayankondam), Sadasivam (Salem North), Sivakumar (Vikravandi), Saravanan (Sholingur), Siddhamally (Mayiladuthurai), Maheshkumar (Uthiramerur), Cheliyan (Rishivandiyam) and Anbu Cholan (Kattumannarkoil – Reserved).
The announcement completes PMK’s candidate list for all 18 constituencies it is contesting in the alliance.
