Rotary Club of Coimbatore Saicity felicitated five eminent teachers of Keartiman Matriculation School on Saturday on the occasion of Teachers’ Day.
The felicitation programme was held at Keartiman Matriculation School, Coimbatore, at around 9.15 a.m. The school’s Correspondent, Rtn. Gokul Krishnan, assembled the teachers for the programme.
The event was organised as part of the Public Image Programme of Rotary Club of Coimbatore Saicity and was aimed at expressing appreciation for the contribution of teachers towards shaping young minds, nurturing values and preparing the future
generation.
The programme was held in the presence of Rtn. S. Gokulraj, District Chairman, Public Image; Rtn. Maruthachalam, Assistant Governor; Rtn. Gokul Krishnan, Correspondent, Keartiman Matriculation School; Rtn. Dr. R. Balamurugan, President, Rotary Club of Coimbatore Saicity; Rtn. J. Balaji, Secretary; Rtn. Rajavel, Treasurer; Rtn. Mylsamy; Rtn. Sankaran; Rtn. Dharuniesh; Rtn. Uwe Georg; and Rtn. Shyam Saran.
The presence of the District Public Image Chairman and Assistant Governor added significance to the programme and highlighted Rotary’s efforts to recognise individuals making meaningful contributions to society.
The felicitation strengthened the association between Rotary Club of Coimbatore Saicity and Keartiman Matriculation School and highlighted the importance of recognising the dedicated service of teachers.
Rotary Club of Coimbatore Saicity conveyed its appreciation to the teachers of Keartiman School for their dedication, commitment and contribution to education.
