The District Differently Abled Welfare Office, in association with Love Nest Trust, organised sports competitions for children and young people with disabilities at Ramakrishna Vidyalaya in Coimbatore ahead of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. More than 350 children and young people participated in various sporting events, showcasing their talents and winning prizes.
District Differently Abled Welfare Officer G. Vasantharam Kumar presided over the event and inaugurated the competitions. He also distributed prizes and encouraged all the participants.
Love Nest Trust Managing Trustee Ramya Muthukumar, block coordinators and staff members of the Tamil Nadu Rights Project, among others, participated in the event.
