Nagarajan, Chairman IEEE Communication Society, Madras Section and Professor, Pondicherry University, India delivered the keynote address. Dr. U.S. Ragupathy, the Principal, and Dr. C.N. Marimuthu, the Dean of the Department of Research and Development, Dr. R. Praveenkumar, Associate Professor, Coordinator of the Conference, Dr. T.
