The 17th Graduation Day of Vellalar College of Education, Thindal, Erode was held in the College in which the chief guest Professor Dr.N.Balasubramanian, Former Deputy Vice-Chancellor, DMI-St.Eugene University Lusaka, Zambia presented degree certificates to 250 students.
