Actor Ajith Kumar’s mother passes away at 84

Mohini, mother of actor Ajith Kumar, passed away in Chennai on Friday due to age-related ailments. She was 84.
Ajith Kumar, one of the leading actors in the Tamil film industry, is also actively involved in car racing and cricket activities.
Mohini and her husband Subramaniam had been residing at Palavakkam in Chennai. Subramaniam had passed away in 2023 after undergoing treatment for prolonged illness.
Family sources said Mohini passed away due to age-related health complications.
The final rites are scheduled to be conducted at Ajith Kumar’s residence in Injambakkam, Chennai.
Several members of the film industry and fans have been expressing condolences over her demise.
