In a major step to ensure safe and informed real estate investments, Adissia Developers Pvt. Ltd. has launched a public awareness campaign titled “Alert Kovai,” during the Coimbatore Vizha inauguration held at CODISSIA Grounds on Thursday.
The launch saw the presence of key dignitaries including Tamil Nadu MLA Mr. Senthil Balaji, Coimbatore District Collector Mr. Pavan Kumar G. Giriyappanavar (IAS), Coimbatore City Police Commissioner Mr. Saravana Sundar (IGP), and Mrs. K. Ranganayaki, Mayor of Coimbatore.

The Alert Kovai initiative aims to educate the public on crucial practices for safe real estate purchases through digital campaigns, outdoor media, and community engagement.
The first phase of the campaign focuses on RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance, with the message: “Don’t Fall for False RERA! Always check the RERA number before you buy a
plot.” A QR code has been included to guide users to the official Tamil Nadu RERA website: www.tnrera.in.
“Every homebuyer deserves transparency. With this campaign, we aim to empower buyers with credible information and genuine approvals,” the company said.
