Bihar youth marries woman he rescued from harassment on train

A young man from Bihar’s Buxar district has won widespread praise after extending support to a young woman he met while she was begging on a train and later marrying her with the consent of his parents.
The youth, identified as Golu Yadav of Buxar district, was travelling by train recently when he noticed a young woman begging in the same compartment.
During the journey, some passengers allegedly looked at her with improper intent and spoke to her in a manner that made her uncomfortable, leaving her visibly embarrassed.
Witnessing this, Golu Yadav intervened and offered protection to the woman.
Concerned about her safety, he brought her along to his home in Buxar after the journey.
On reaching home, Golu Yadav informed his parents about the woman’s background, her difficult circumstances and the hardships she had endured.
Touched by the situation, his parents agreed to provide shelter to the orphaned woman and supported their son’s decision to help
her.
As time passed, Golu Yadav came to understand the woman’s life story more closely.
With the full approval of his parents, he later decided to marry her, giving her a secure and dignified life.
