Camford International School emerged winners in the Under-19 Girls category at the Coimbatore Sahodaya 11-a-side Football Tournament held at Chandrakanthi Public School in Coimbatore.
Around 20 schools participated in the tournament, with young footballers displaying skill, teamwork and sportsmanship.
The Camford girls produced an impressive performance throughout the tournament to clinch the U-19 Girls Championship title, while Agaram Public School finished runners-up.
Adding to Camford’s success, Thuvarakha won the Best Goalkeeper Award for her outstanding performance during the tournament.
Chairman Arul Ramesh and Correspondent Pongothai Arul Ramesh congratulated the players, coaches and the Physical Education Department on the achievement and wished the team continued success in future competitions.
