DMK President M.K. Stalin on Wednesday met senior party leader K.C. Palaniswami in Karur district and enquired about his health during his election campaign tour.
Palaniswami, a veteran leader from Karur district and a member of the party’s high-level action committee, was visited by Stalin, who also sought his guidance ahead of the upcoming elections.
In a message shared on social media, Stalin said he met Palaniswami in person to check on his well-being and receive his advice on the electoral process.
Stalin noted that despite being 91 years old, Palaniswami remains mentally strong and steadfast in his commitment to the party. He described the senior leader as a symbol of enduring dedication, adding that his spirit and ideological resolve remain undiminished.
Stalin further expressed confidence that with the blessings and guidance of experienced leaders like Palaniswami, the party would achieve victory in the elections.
