CM Stalin Takes Metro Ride As Campaign Gains Momentum

With the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly elections scheduled for April 23 and campaigning entering a crucial phase, Chief Minister and DMK leader M.K. Stalin intensified his outreach by travelling in the Chennai Metro and interacting directly with the public.
As part of his election campaign supporting DMK and alliance candidates, Stalin boarded a metro train from Chennai Central to Teynampet, where he engaged with fellow passengers during the journey.
The Chief Minister sat among commuters, held informal interactions, and appealed to them to support the return of the DMK government. Passengers responded warmly, sharing their views and expressing appreciation for various welfare schemes implemented by the government.
The metro ride also saw enthusiastic scenes as passengers took selfies with Stalin while he continued his campaign outreach.
Stalin has been undertaking phased campaign tours across the State, having completed earlier phases in regions including Thiruvarur, Tiruchirappalli, Tirunelveli and Puducherry. The fourth phase of his campaign is set to begin in Thanjavur.
